Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop treatment goals and track client progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and provide emotional support to clients in need.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss and refine treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and their families on resources, providing support and guidance to improve overall well-being.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
