Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and create effective treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Document patient progress through timely and thorough completion of progress notes.
- Maintain professionalism in counseling services to uphold our practice’s reputation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and service provider agreements.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Active California state license as an LCSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings.
- Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
- Compassionate approach to patient care in a clinical context.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
