Our well-established private practice is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team and offer vital mental health services via telehealth. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and a genuine passion for supporting individuals as they face their challenges from a virtual platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and a genuine passion for supporting individuals as they face their challenges from a virtual platform.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop effective treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Document patient progress promptly with thorough progress notes.
- Maintain professionalism in counseling services to uphold our practice's esteemed reputation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and the service provider agreement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active California state license as an LCSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings.
- Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
