Our established private practice is in search of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team and provide crucial mental health services through telehealth. The ideal candidate will possess outpatient experience and a genuine dedication to assisting individuals as they navigate their challenges in a virtual environment.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Document patient progress promptly through accurate completion of progress notes.
- Deliver counseling services professionally to maintain our esteemed reputation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and service provider agreements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active California state license as an LCSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical environments.
- Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
