Full-Time Remote Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Wanted in Cubic Health and Wellness Clinic

We are looking for a compassionate counselor to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Through virtual connections, we unite specialized physicians, physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and health and wellness coaches to empower patients in managing their overall well-being. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients, supporting them in adopting holistic approaches to wellness.

SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to participants.
• Assess participants’ immediate risks and biopsychosocial needs.
• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients and caregivers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals.
• Understand patients’ support needs and interaction preferences to deliver a seamless, tailored experience that helps them complete their prescribed treatment pathway.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update progress notes as required, ensuring that clinical charts contain necessary information regarding patient status.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current LCSW state licensure is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior private practice experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in various software and system applications.
