SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct engaging virtual counseling sessions with patients suffering from chronic pain, creating a supportive environment for open dialogue.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs and goals.
• Offer confidential, non-medical counseling services to participants, ensuring a safe space for discussion and growth.
• Assess participants’ immediate risks and biopsychosocial needs through thorough evaluations, facilitating timely interventions.
• Provide educational support to patients and their caregivers through virtual or telephonic channels, empowering them with knowledge and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Understand and adapt to patients’ support needs and interaction preferences to deliver a seamless, personalized experience, guiding them through their treatment pathway.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and updates, ensuring that clinical charts reflect accurate and comprehensive information regarding each patient's status.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW state licensure is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior private practice experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong background in patient care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology, with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
