Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver therapy that makes a real difference. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ strengths, needs, and goals.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to support clients through personal challenges.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to create cohesive care plans.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and link them to vital community resources.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LCSW licensure
• Experience working with older adults or specialized populations
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
