Position Overview:

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed psychosocial evaluations to guide treatment planning.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community support and resources.
• Keep thorough documentation of interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
