Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a team of experts to offer the best care possible. Your advocacy and dedication will ensure clients receive the resources and support they need to improve their lives.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them to community resources.
• Document interactions and treatment outcomes clearly and promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and pursue ongoing education.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LCSW licensure
• Experience with older adults or other specialized populations
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
