Position Overview:
As an LCSW, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapy that helps clients achieve their best selves. Your work will ensure that clients have access to the resources they need for a brighter future.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and strengths.
• Provide individualized therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Partner with other professionals to develop cohesive care plans.
• Advocate for clients’ access to community resources and support services.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Engage in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Experience working with older adults or other populations
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
