Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and track client progress.
• Work with a team of mental health professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Provide timely and empathetic crisis support to clients in distress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
