SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through video or phone sessions to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions remotely, offering support for various emotional and psychological challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress during therapy sessions.
- Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
- Active California License as LCSW.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering telehealth psychotherapy services.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct effective remote therapy sessions.
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
