Full-time Remote Opportunity Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed

In this position, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through personal and relational challenges, utilizing telehealth tools to enhance accessibility and support. SALARY:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through video or phone sessions to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions remotely, offering support for various emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress during therapy sessions.
  • Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
  • Active California License as LCSW.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering telehealth psychotherapy services.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct effective remote therapy sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
  • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
