We are seeking passionate, skilled, and qualified counselor dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services. In this role, you will be essential in supporting clients as they navigate personal challenges and develop coping strategies. Your expertise will empower individuals to enhance their resilience and pursue their goals with renewed determination.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Evaluate clients' mental health needs through interviews and assessments.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, offering support for emotional and psychological issues.
- Collaborate with clients to create and monitor personalized treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Offer immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises or emergencies.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state License as LCSW or LICSW.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
- Proficient in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
