Exciting Opportunity for Full-time Licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker
We are looking for licensed clinical social worker in our growing outpatient clinic. In this role, you will collaborate with our Clinical Director and referral sources to offer targeted mental health services. Responsibilities include self-scheduling, performing initial and ongoing assessments, delivering individual therapy, promoting family engagement, and ensuring that clinical documentation meets our high standards for quality and timeliness.

Salary:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LCSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
