Full-time Licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed in a Private Practice
We are excited to welcome a licensed clinical social worker to our dynamic private practice. In this role, you will work closely with our Clinical Director and various referral sources to deliver comprehensive mental health services. Key responsibilities will include managing your schedule, performing thorough evaluations, providing individual therapy, promoting effective family interactions, and ensuring that clinical documentation is accurate and timely.

Salary:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Assist clients in receiving services
- Engage clients in beneficial activities to promote their well-being.
- Assess clients and gather relevant information to inform support plans.
- Provide information and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Contact and make referrals to other agencies and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on client interactions and progress.
- Participate in training, supervision, and meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LCSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous clinical experience.
- Ability to develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
