Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed
We are looking for a Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker to be part of our progressive practice that values your contributions and commitment. In this role, you will carry out virtual assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and provide therapy to a varied clientele facing mental health challenges. We are looking for a Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker to be part of our progressive practice that values your contributions and commitment. In this role, you will carry out virtual assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and provide therapy to a varied clientele facing mental health challenges. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual, family, and group therapy needs.
- Facilitate therapy sessions primarily via Telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when clients experience acute mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LCSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a wide range of mental health issues.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices.
- Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy and documentation.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in social work practice.
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
