We are seeking a Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our innovative practice that truly values your expertise and commitment. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual, family, and group therapy needs.
- Facilitate therapy sessions primarily via Telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when clients experience acute mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LCSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a wide range of mental health issues.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices.
- Familiarity with Telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy and documentation.
- Strong adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in social work practice.
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
