Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Help Us Create Positive Change!

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and support our mission of promoting health and wellness. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and their families, using your expertise to help them navigate life’s challenges.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop treatment goals and track client progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in need.
• Participate in team meetings to develop and refine treatment strategies.
• Educate families on resources and provide tools for enhancing child development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
