Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Join Our Dedicated Team

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is ready to provide high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges. This is your chance to contribute to a supportive and professional team environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Offer therapeutic counseling to individuals and groups using proven approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Actively advocate for clients and facilitate access to community resources.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
