We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
• Provide therapy and counseling tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create a comprehensive plan of care.
• Support clients in accessing necessary resources within the community.
• Maintain detailed records and track client progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
