Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Help Us Promote Mental Health & Wellness

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping individuals achieve mental wellness. You will be instrumental in providing high-quality therapeutic services, supporting clients through their unique journeys to better mental health.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to determine the best course of action.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to meet clients' unique needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide guidance on coping strategies.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with external support services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
