Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build trusting relationships through one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Work alongside prescribers to create seamless, integrated care plans.
• Design and implement treatment strategies that align with each client’s goals.
• Support continuity of care through thoughtful planning and follow-up.
• Document care activities clearly and accurately to reflect progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.
• Preferred 2 experience in behavioral health experience
• Expertise in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
