Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful connections through individual therapy sessions.
• Work closely with prescribers to align therapeutic and medication strategies.
• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience.
• Support clients through transitions, ensuring smooth continuity of care.
• Document care thoroughly, reflecting each client’s unique journey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LCSW.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
