Are you a dedicated LCSW eager to create meaningful change? We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to help clients navigate their challenges and reach their mental health aspirations through tailored care and support.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a robust benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a skilled treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and effective mental health care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to ensure continuous improvement in practice and client outcomes.
• Provide valuable education to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that can support their journeys.
• Keep up with the latest developments in mental health, using that knowledge to inform and enhance your clinical practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
