Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

Your Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered therapy in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
• Collaborate with prescribers to offer cohesive, whole-person care.
• Develop and adapt treatment plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Ensure continuity of care with thoughtful planning and client follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records to capture each client’s progress accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current California state licensure as LCSW.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in diagnosing mental health disorders
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledgeable in crisis response
