Position Snapshot:

• Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits
• Type: Full-Time (W2)
• Flexibility: Create your own schedule
• Contract: Independent Contractor

What You’ll Do:

• Listen, support, and guide: Provide therapy that addresses the emotional and mental health needs of senior residents.
• Design care strategies: Develop personalized treatment plans to help residents navigate their unique challenges.
• Collaborate and grow: Partner with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, contributing to a compassionate care approach.
• Adapt and innovate: Modify treatment plans as needed and keep detailed documentation to ensure the best care outcomes.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Must have or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
• Medicare provider number preferred although not mandatory
• Must be comfortable working with senior citizens in senior living communities
• Comfortable in filling out progress notes on an electronic health records system (we will train)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possession of a high sense of integrity, reliability and adaptability
