What We’re Offering:

• Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits
• Position Type: Full-Time (W2)
• Schedule: Flexible to fit your needs
• Work Model: Independent Contractor

Your Role:

• Engage with residents, offering therapy tailored to their emotional and mental health needs.
• Work alongside a supportive psychiatry team to plan and execute effective treatment programs.
• Monitor progress, adapt strategies, and document your work to ensure the best care.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Must have or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
• Medicare provider number preferred although not mandatory
• Must be comfortable working with senior citizens in senior living communities
• Comfortable in filling out progress notes on an electronic health records system (we will train)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possession of a high sense of integrity, reliability and adaptability
