Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Your Expertise Matters

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

Contract Type: Full-Time (W2)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build meaningful connections: Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or groups based on their needs.
• Stay dynamic: Develop, adjust, and implement treatment plans that evolve with each resident.
• Work collaboratively: Partner with a team that values open communication and shared goals.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Must have or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
• Medicare provider number preferred although not mandatory
• Must be comfortable working with senior citizens in senior living communities
• Comfortable in filling out progress notes on an electronic health records system (we will train)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possession of a high sense of integrity, reliability and adaptability
