Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions to assist patients managing chronic conditions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Serve as a liaison for patients and healthcare providers.
• Identify patient needs and adapt your approach for a personalized care journey.
• Deliver confidential counseling services and assess biopsychosocial factors.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and valid LCSW license in California.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapeutic methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
