Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus an outstanding benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
• Advocate for clients, ensuring access to critical community resources
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress

What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current LCSW licensure with proven clinical expertise
• Experience working with older adults or complex patient populations
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
