Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client
• Deliver therapy through evidence-based practices to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop integrated care plans
• Advocate for clients’ access to necessary community services and resources
• Keep detailed, accurate records of all client interactions and treatment progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LCSW licensure
• Experience working with geriatric clients preferred
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment
