Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead virtual psychosocial assessments to uncover the unique needs and strengths of each client
• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans
• Advocate for clients’ access to essential community resources
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress
• Participate in professional development and team initiatives

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Current LCSW licensure
• Experience working with senior clients preferred
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
