Engaging Opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (Full-Time)

We’re expanding our team and are excited to welcome skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients’ needs and challenges.
• Deliver individual and group therapy using proven therapeutic methods.
• Design and implement tailored service plans to meet client goals.
• Champion client advocacy and connect them with vital resources.
• Collaborate with community partners to broaden service impact.
• Engage in program development and continuous improvement activities.
• Actively participate in team discussions and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in CA state.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, advocacy, and community resources.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in nonprofit settings is a plus.
