Licensed Clinical Social Worker Role Available (Full-Time)

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assess clients’ social and emotional well-being through comprehensive evaluations.
• Offer therapeutic support to individuals and groups using evidence-based practices.
• Develop actionable service plans aimed at achieving client milestones.
• Advocate for equitable access to community and social services.
• Partner with community agencies to enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to the refinement of programs and service models.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and community events.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work from a recognized program.
• Current LCSW licensure in your practicing state.
• Strong understanding of advocacy, trauma care, and social justice principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Nonprofit experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
