Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments to pinpoint clients’ needs.
• Provide therapeutic support to clients individually or in groups.
• Design and execute client-centered service plans.
• Advocate for clients’ access to necessary resources and rights.
• Work with community groups to strengthen available services.
• Assist in program evaluation and reporting.
• Join team collaborations and outreach efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW).
• Licensed as an LCSW within your state of practice.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed methodologies and community advocacy.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Previous nonprofit experience is a bonus.
