Licensed Clinical Social Worker Career Opportunity (Full-Time)

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement personalized care plans.
• Advocate for client access to community and social services.
• Partner with local organizations to enhance available resources.
• Support program initiatives through development and evaluation.
• Participate in team meetings and outreach projects.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in your state.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
