Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Primary Duties:

• Perform virtual psychosocial evaluations to identify client strengths and areas of need.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Support clients in accessing local resources and services.
• Keep detailed records of therapy sessions and client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing learning to enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active LCSW license.
• Prior experience with aging populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
