Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity in Los Angeles, CA
Are you an LCSW passionate about supporting mental health and improving lives? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team in California, where you’ll provide essential care to individuals and families facing a variety of challenges.

Position Overview:
You’ll be providing individualized care, assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy. You’ll work within a supportive team of healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of care.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to support overall wellness
• Advocate for clients to access necessary community resources
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records
• Engage in ongoing training and team discussions to enhance your skills

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in California State.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
