Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll assess mental health needs, create customized care plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care and support.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to support overall wellness
- Advocate for clients to access necessary community resources
- Document client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records
- Engage in ongoing training and team discussions to enhance your skills
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as LCSW in California State.
- Must have experience working with older adults.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
