Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Minot, ND
Are you driven to help clients achieve better mental health? We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals facing mental health struggles, helping them to lead more fulfilling lives.

Position Overview:
• Full-Time Position
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the comprehensive needs of clients.
• Engage in ongoing consultations and case discussions to refine treatment plans.
• Provide clients with information about mental health, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay current with new developments and research in the mental health field.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (or related field).
• Active LCSW licensure in North Dakota State.
• Experience with older adults required.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment and diagnosis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
