Role Details:
• Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Participate in case reviews and peer consultations to improve client care.
• Offer education and resources to clients and families regarding mental health treatment.
• Keep up-to-date with new mental health practices and research.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a full benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Active LCSW licensure in North Dakota.
• Experience working with senior clients.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
