Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and implement effective behavior strategies.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic care.
• Provide educational support to families for developmental growth.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to optimize client outcomes.
• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with added benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
• Valid California LCSW license.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Comfort with electronic health record systems.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
