Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete virtual psychosocial evaluations to assess client needs
• Deliver therapy to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop holistic care plans for patients
• Advocate for clients and help them access essential community resources
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress
• Participate in team discussions and development activities

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• LCSW licensure
• Experience with elderly care preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
