Immediate Opening: Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Bakersfield, California
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide therapy and mental health support to those in need.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help clients access resources and navigate personal challenges.
- Conduct crisis interventions and behavioral health evaluations.
- Provide coaching on managing long-term health issues.
- Lead therapy sessions focused on positive behavioral changes.
- Guide patients and families through treatment plans in both individual and group settings.
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 annually, with an excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline.
- Valid California LCSW license.
- Minimum three years’ experience in clinical roles.
- Skilled with electronic health records.
