Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in accessing resources and overcoming personal challenges.
• Perform crisis counseling, including assessing and addressing behavioral concerns.
• Guide patients in managing chronic conditions effectively.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to foster positive life changes.
• Support patients and families in understanding and following treatment plans through individual and group sessions.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic health record systems.
