Join our purpose-driven private practice as an LCSW, influencing the mental health industry. Our outpatient clinic offers trauma-informed care tailored to clients' needs, providing a nurturing atmosphere for flourishing.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for client well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team for holistic care.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Stay updated on mental health research and developments.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
