Join our purpose-driven private practice as an LCSW, influencing the mental health industry. Our outpatient clinic offers trauma-informed care tailored to clients' needs, providing a nurturing atmosphere for flourishing.
Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions for client well-being.
- Maintain accurate clinical records with confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team for holistic care.
- Educate and support patients and families.
- Stay updated on mental health research and developments.
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with full benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid LCSW license in the state.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
