Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position in Huntington Beach, California

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Engage in regular reviews to ensure high standards in client care.
• Offer education and guidance to clients and families on mental health and available resources.
• Implement up-to-date practices based on the latest research.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and a current LCSW license.
• At least two years of experience in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapies and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to client care.
