Full-Time Role

Hours: Weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and create individualized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based methods to support mental health goals.
• Keep detailed, confidential records in line with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals for integrated care solutions.
• Offer education and emotional support to clients and their loved ones.
• Stay engaged with ongoing developments in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Perks:

• $90,000 to $110,000 annually.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and a current LCSW license.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Proficient in applying solution-focused therapies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
